Competitions terms & conditions

 

1. This competition is only open to individuals that are UK residents (this includes the Channel Islands).

2. This competition is not open to employees, Trustees or contractors of Youth Music, or any member of their immediate families. Youth Music is the charity responsible for http://www.BongoClub.org.uk.

3. Entrants must supply full contact details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries.

4. Youth Music will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. 5. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

6. Band members will be selected on merit. The decision by Youth Music and the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into with regard to the selection process.

7. Youth Music does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries in any circumstances. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

8. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible, corrupt or incomplete entries or entries made fraudulently.

9. All entries become the absolute property of Youth Music. No material sent into this competition will be returned unless agreed with Youth Music.

10. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.

11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

12. The panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

13. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14. Youth Music reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
