Drums for Schools competition
Drums for Schools design and import affordable, beautiful and easy-to-play musical instruments. Their instruments are made by hand in small family groups in Bali using natural and recycled materials.
Drums for Schools follow Fairtrade guidelines in all that they do and aim to make their instruments affordable and accessible to everyone. Most of their instruments are "pick up and play" in that they need no training and can give immediate musical satisfaction to the very young, the very old and all ages and abilities in-between. To help their instruments find their way into as many schools and homes as possible, Drums for Schools keep their prices as low as they can go offering 30% discount to teachers, child-minders, nurseries and non-profit organisations.
