Music courses for parents
Music for Starters is a company that specialises in music making for the very young. As well as offering musical resources and training to practitioners, Music for Starters also gives parents the opportunity to hone their skills in music making with very young children.
Music for Starters runs Saturday and Sunday courses, for parents to bring their babies along to. The course is aimed at parents with babies from 6 weeks up to 8 months, and introduces Mums & Dads to a wide range of games, rhymes and songs to share with little ones. The course also focuses on how to develop key musical skills and concepts as your baby grows, as well as having plenty of fun along the way. The one-day course also gives parents the opportunity to meet other parents on the course, and is flexible enough to fit around your baby's nap times.
