MusicLeader offers a tailored service for music leaders, to help them make well-informed and realistic decisions about their career development. MusicLeader DNA sessions are free and offered to all members of MusicLeader.
At a MusicLeader DNA session one of our advisors will:
- Have an in-depth discussion with you about your development goals and plans.
- Produce a Professional Development Plan for you that contains a realistic strategy to achieve your goals.
- Help you access training courses and opportunities specific to your needs.
- Follow-up on your progress within 6 - 12 months.
