A New Code of Practice For Music Leaders

24 Jan 07 15:44

MusicLeader in conjunction with SoundSense and the profession has created a Code of Practice which sets out the key professional practice principles that all music leaders should abide by to deliver safe, responsible and ethical work to those who hire their services.

MusicLeader is encouraging all 'practising' members (i.e. individuals) of MusicLeader to sign up to the Code of Practice. We hope that it will provide a consistent framework through which any music leader can carry out their work, and help to ensure that music leadership is recognised as a significant profession in itself.

Members of MusicLeader can sign up to the code by visiting www.musicleader.net and signing up from the link on the home page.
