An aerobics album for children from Amanda's Action Club! This is a great little album to get your children moving, dancing and singing. Amanda Frolich is a fitness expert and celebrity children's entertainer, and has put this album together as an extension of the action clubs that she runs for children.

Teletubbies composer Andrew McCrorie-Shand has written original music for the new album, and has teamed up with Simple Minds producer Jez Coad. Alison Wheeler from The Beautiful South has guest-vocalled on the album too. The end result is an album which children and parents will love listening to. The intro track called 'Hey! Amanda's Action Club' is full of energy and hugely uplifting, whilst clever songs on the album such as Amanda's 'Let's tidy up' song, will leave parents loving her for involving children in cleaning up!

'Fun, Fitness and Music' is a pre-school aerobics album of fun songs, aimed at promoting physical development and well being for little ones. The album includes a fitness routine guide suitable for babies from 4 months so families can work out together.  The tracks have been written and composed to access 6 areas of learning recommended by the UK Government's Early Years Foundation Stage guide lines. Through the songs and actions, children will learn mobility, spatial awareness, as well as fine and gross motor movements to help their physical development. The album comes with a fitness guide and includes high energy songs and cool down songs.
