'Treasure Chest'...
...is a brand new music resource pack for pre-school children & their carers.
The pack was produced as part of a year-long music and song-writing project in Calderdale, with children aged 0-5 and their carers funded by a Youth Music “First Steps” award.
The pack includes:
1 x CD - Eleven original songs written with the participants, recorded by professional musicians
1 x Songbook - children’s colourful picture book with the song words
Activity Book - Exploring music with pre-school children: activities, games and ideas for each song
Music Book - Music scores with guitar chords, for each of the songs on the CD

Youth Music
Youth Music exists to facilitate and fund high quality and diverse musical experiences for young people up to the age of 18, particularly those living in areas of social and economic need.
Funding for music activities
